About Us
Tucson Creative Reuse was inspired by the movement of creative reuse stores across the country. Seeing a lack of affordable art supplies and an opportunity to reuse items that would not be sold at traditional thrift stores, founder Misa Gonzales began bringing the community together to build a hub of artists, educators, and environmentalists. Located in the heart of 4th Avenue, this space will bring people together and help keep our desert beautiful.
From the smallest bead to the biggest box of fabric, Tucson Creative Reuse is dedicated to breathing life into old items to spread art throughout the city.
We open on July 14th, 2026!
Our Mission
Our mission is to support the creative community of Tucson by bringing gently used art, craft, recycled materials and tools into one central location keeping the materials out of landfills. We will accomplish this through:
Reselling supplies at low prices in support of creators.
Supporting local teachers with a teacher supply program that provides free monthly supplies for their classrooms.
Providing cost effective classes and collaborative opportunities connected to local community needs.
Partnering with nonprofits working with youth, teachers and creators
